Session URL Generated, but 404 on Fullstory

Hi all!
I was able to get the Fullstory snippet inserted onto my app's page. When I run FS.getCurrentSessionURL()
I get a valid URL: https://app.fullstory.com.pgm.c5nprx.cc/ui/o-1…1/client-session/f2dd……4a8
But when I navigate to that page (logged in) I get a 404. All other URL's work fine.
Has anyone seen this before?
