Before turning on Guides and Surveys content for real users, confirm the following setup steps are complete. Skipping any of these steps may prevent content from properly displaying to your users.

Set up FS('setIdentity') or FS('setProperties') for targeting

For areas of your site that require a login, use the FS('setIdentity') API, which assigns a UID to the user so logged-in users don't see repeat content. For publicly accessible areas that don't require authentication, use the FS('setProperties') API instead. Note that anonymous users may see repeat content if they switch browsers or devices, or clear their browser cookies. |
