Before turning on Guides and Surveys content for real users, confirm the following setup steps are complete. Skipping any of these steps may prevent content from properly displaying to your users.

Install the browser extension The Guides and Surveys Chrome extension lets you preview content before it goes live. You also need it to verify that Guides and Surveys is installed correctly. Installing the Guides and Surveys Chrome Extension
Note: If the browser extension isn't an option for your organization, see the workaround for previewing content.
Update your Content Security Policy (CSP) If your site enforces a Content Security Policy, add Fullstory's Guides and Surveys domains to the relevant directives (script-src, style-src, img-src, connect-src) before you test. Set up FS('setIdentity') or FS('setProperties') for targeting For areas of your site that require a login, use the FS('setIdentity') API, which assigns a UID to the user so logged-in users don't see repeat content. For publicly accessible areas that don't require authentication, use the FS('setProperties') API instead.
